Ten Tiny Breaths

Ten Tiny Breaths

I have seen my fair share of bookish boy friends. I have swooned, screamed, stepped on baby kittens (unintentionally), and taken innumerable cold showers. None have ever made me go as bat shit crazy as Trent. Ladies (and gentlemen) --- You are in for a treat with this one. He is overly creepy, incredible sexy, deeply rash, and just utterly mouth watering. I held my breath each time he spoke or moved or disappeared.

Kacey says it best!

“Dammit! That guy is the dictionary definition of contradiction. He skates between nice guy and bad boy so fluidly, I never seem to notice the transition. It would be easier if he were a pigheaded player.”

Kacey is so jacked up! So sarcastic! And wow! Nobody does bitch like this woman! I loved her fire and pure determination to save the last person in her life –Livie.

To say Kacey struggles with her past is a disgusting understatement. It’s a nightmare she will never wakes up from, one that keeps her in a constant state of rage. She was in a car accident that killed her father, mother, best friend, and boy friend. She was saved but barely. The girl that remained after the accident vaguely resembled the girl she once was.

After the accident, Kacey spent a year in recovery and eventually Livie and her ended up living with her aunt and uncle. After her uncle crossed the line with Livie, Kacey took her sister and ran, finding their way to Florida.

The twisting of this plot is out of control. I loved every moment of this novel. It was extremely touching and swoon-worthy to the max.

The romance was fantastic but fade to black is where this book is at. Still I would recommend it :) Enjoy!
